heyheyhey in celebration of the announced omega ruby and alpha sapphire i drew one of the unique cities of hoenn!! (rly i just wanted to paint a blue bg-- ahahaha....)
sighs this is supposed to be the volcanic city of Sootopolis! the rocks came out a bit more looking like ice but they're the edged of the volcano..; orz
